Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling includes USPS postage, insurance, and a sturdy mailing package. Shipping and handling per item is shown on the catalog page based on current United States postal rates. When you order multiple items we box them together in one package. All packages are sent via USPS First Class mail or in some cases Priority Mail, which both include tracking.

If you have rush shipping needs, please contact us. For large orders of multiple items shipped together or international destinations, please phone or email us directly to discuss a shipping quote.

The shopping cart shipping rate calculations are limited, especially for multiple items and international rates, in which case let us email you a PayPal invoice based on actual shipping cost from the post office.

Business orders over $300 shipping rates are 16%. Please allow up to two weeks from the time payment is received for delivery to you, or more for customs checking especially at holiday times. Confirmed PayPal orders are processed the quickest.

PayPal

PayPal enables any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. PayPal is also available internationally.

PayPal is far less time-consuming than making a trip to the ATM or writing and mailing paper checks. And unlike checks, which can take days to clear, PayPal transactions clear instantly.

Once you sign up for PayPal, you can send money to PlayTherapyGames.com using the money from your PayPal balance or another funding option of your choice like eCheck or credit card.

Just click the Sign Up button at the top of the PayPal home page. After you fill out the registration form, PayPal will send you an email to confirm that you receive messages at that email address. Once you confirm your email address and electronic payment options, your account is activated.

Other Payment Policies
If you do not want to use PayPal, payment can be by check in US dollars mailed with a printed order form. Sorry, we cannot process over-the-phone credit card orders or CODs. Business and personal checks are accepted, but shipping will usually be after your check clears. Management reserves the right to refuse any sale.
